The transmission of multimedia data such as image video and audio file take huge amount of time and memory. but For the increase the efficiency of transmission and storage image compression is required. In current research trend various image compression techniques or method are used such as JPEG-2000, RLZ, DCT, wavelet and other method. This method is very efficient in image compression, but the structures of image are not change so compression technique suffered from a problem of quality degradation.
